 p.o.p. candy is amazingly fresh butter crunch pleasure from Santa Monica.
We hand make our all-natural candy in small batches. p.o.p. candy contains no additives, hardeners, or preservatives of any kind. It's natural by design and meant to be enjoyed shortly after purchase. (Think of it more like a fresh baked good than a candy made to sit back on the shelf.)
Our ingredients are simple and clean: dairy butter, cane sugar, nuts and organic brown rice syrup. We use seasonal and savory ingredients fresh from our local farmers' markets like organic rosemary, thyme, and sundried cherries. The premium nuts we pack into our butter crunch -- California almonds, pistachios and walnuts, as well as pecans and cashews— release their natural oils during the cooking process, giving each butter crunch its own rich color and distinct flavor. Yum!
And, yes, we're corn syrup-free and mostly gluten-free.
